This is an educational (manufacturing process) simulator that applies digital twin technology to precisely replicate on-site equipment in a virtual space. It accurately reproduces even minute details such as the sounds of machinery, allowing new workers to learn the manufacturing process with a heightened sense of realism. Traditionally, frequent workforce changes at the site required significant time and cost for training new workers. However, this solution shortens the training period and reduces costs associated with frequent mistakes made by inexperienced workers. In fact, after implementing this solution in a manufacturing plant of a major domestic company, the worker training period was reduced by 70%, and costs related to losses (such as human error) decreased by over 50%.
Moreover, this solution enables remote training of on-site workers without the need for domestic experts to travel, allowing multiple workers to be trained repeatedly, thereby improving accuracy. Additionally, by digitizing the learning outcomes of trainees, their individual strengths can be identified, enabling immediate placement of personnel in the right positions after the training is completed.
