Instructions:

In case of emergency
Identify the person
Set up the upper body cooling mat: Take out the mat and spread it on the floor with the white side up.
Apply cooling liquid to the upper body cooling mat:
Open the cooling liquid for the mat and evenly spray it on the mat.
Remove thick outer clothing or coats.
Lay the person on the wet mat.
Apply cold packs
Take out all six ice packs and squeeze them hard in the center to burst the internal water bags.
Shake the ice packs to mix the water and contents well.
Remove the release liners from the backs of the stickers.
Attach the ice packs to the designated areas as shown in the diagram for cold application.
Remove clothing
Use emergency scissors to remove unnecessary clothing such as ties.
Inflate the air bag
Inflate the RICE elevation air bag by mouth and place it under the legs to elevate them.
Elevate the legs
Provide sun protection
Two people hold the ends of the thermal blanket and stretch it out to create a tent-like shade, protecting the person from direct sunlight.
Remove contaminants
Use sanitary wipes to remove sweat and contaminants (face, neck, hands, feet).
Replenish fluids and glucose
Remove the cap from the beverage and insert the straw.
Encourage the person to drink slowly and in small sips using the straw.
If necessary, have them consume saline glucose tablets.
Rest (provide air)
Continuously fan the person to keep them cool using a portable electric fan designed for heatwave use (optional item).
Dispose of remaining/waste materials
To prevent the spread of other diseases, place the remaining and waste materials generated during first aid into the contamination disposal bag, seal the opening with the enclosed seal, and dispose of them according to proper procedures.
