Energy Density: Conventional lithium-ion batteries use graphite for the anode, whereas our lithium-metal batteries use lithium. Additionally, we have developed a proprietary electrolyte. As a result, the battery's weight has been reduced by half and its energy density has been doubled.
Safety and Lifespan: Lithium-metal batteries are susceptible to reduced lifespan and safety issues, including the risk of explosion and fire, due to the growth of lithium dendrites. We have addressed these issues by applying interface coating technology to both the cathode and anode, which enhances battery lifespan and improves safety against explosions and fires.
