K-STIM Project Non-contact Solution for Medical Waste Management Korean Smart Treatment technoology of Infectious Medical wastes
1. We offer a safe and efficient solution for managing high-risk infectious medical waste through contactless collection, transport, and handling.
2. We deliver a comprehensive medical waste management system that enhances operational efficiency through an integrated real-time monitoring platform.
3. Our contactless service significantly reduces the reliance on large amounts of
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), contributing to decreased environmental impact.
PART 1. Autonomous driving Delivery Robot
High-Risk Medical Waste Deliver robot
Designed for seamless operation in confined hospital spaces such as corridors, automatic doors, and elevators. More compact than traditional AGVs, the robot ensures safe delivery of infectious medical waste through negative pressure containment. This negative pressure transport robot has been successfully validated in real hospital settings.
PART 2. Intergrated Monitoring System
Intergrate Monitoring System
Our integrated monitoring system leverages RTLS (Real-Time Location System) technology to track medical waste and related equipment in real time..
The integrated monitoring system is available in both web page and mobile app formats, allowing users and administrators to easily access and check the status of medical waste processing anytime, anywhere
PART 3. Plasma Disinfection Device FreeVI-Pass
FreeVi Pass is a Passthrough system for sterilizing medical waste containers and
medical tools as they pass between contaminated and non-contaminated areas.
It minimizes infection risks and reduces the manpower required for transporting
medical waste between segregated zones.
PART 4. Loading Kiosk
Loading Kiosk
The loading kiosk features robot-summoning capabilities and automated loading of medical waste containers onto the robot.
Users simply place the waste container on the kiosk and summon the robot via the interface. Once the robot arrives, the kiosk’s push-bar mechanism automatically transfers the waste container onto the robot.
PART 5. UVC (Ultraviolet-C) Disinfection Device
FreeVI-Crwon
‘Robot Surface Disinfection Device’ prevents cross-contamination by disinfecting autonomous robots operating within medical environments. Utilizing powerful UVC sterilization and safe LED technology, the system ensures high- level disinfection without compromising safety.
PART 6. Unloading&Smart Storage
Unloading Kiosk&Smart Storage
Automated equipment enables hands-free unloading of medical waste from
the transport robot. The system integrates an RFID-enabled kiosk that interfaces with the national waste treatment network for seamless waste tracking and processing. The storage unit monitors and manages the condition and status of stored medical waste in real time.
PART 7. Automated Outgoing Recognition
Automated Outgoing Recongnition
Automated outgoing Recognition is installed at the exit of the medical waste disposal
facility to recognize incoming medical waste using RFID.
It automatically links with the waste disposal system to process the outgoing waste
PART 8. HPV (Hydrogen Peroxide Vapor) Disinfection Device
FreeVI-Shell
‘Airborne/Surface Disinfection Device’ disinfects both air and surfaces to prevent the spread of various pathogens—including high-risk strains—via robots and medical equipment within healthcare environments.
PART 9. Standby
