​1. Elevation Platform

1) Purpose

It enables the elevating and lowering of equipment installed at high altitudes (CCTV, lighting, speakers, anti-drone, drone stations, etc.) so that they can be installed, removed, serviced, and maintained safely and quickly.

- Continuous reduction of personnel in the defense and human resources industries.

- Essential elements due to the reinforcement of the Serious Disaster Act: Falling accidents (falls) occur approximately 350 times a year, and approximately 170 fatal accidents occur due to falling from high-altitude vehicles.

- Platformization and establishment of a convergence/composite system: Improve the appearance of the city by installing CCTV, lighting, traffic lights, and electronic billboards in the city center in a complex manner.



2) Technology introduction

Our elevating and lowering platform adopts a rack gear transport method, so there is no risk of falling.

The existing wire method has many risks of falling due to the wires becoming tangled and breaking. Most of the voices from the field are that operators are reluctant to operate wire-type lifting and lowering systems installed in actual rest areas, railways, and ports due to concerns about falling.

- The operating height of the surveillance equipment can be operated according to user requirements and environmental conditions.

- Technical differentiation: Satisfying user requirements through design/development of a structure design with anti-shake function.

- Establishing a system that can be combined and operated with other equipment.

- The lifting and lowering function and load weight can be increased dramatically compared to the existing wire method, making it easy to lift and lower heavy objects (military equipment, lighting, billboards, etc.). (Up to 1,000 kg possible) Other methods include hydraulic and foldable poles, but they are not used due to height restrictions, increased failure rate, and occurrence of falls.



3) Differentiation It includes advanced technology due to the configuration of an internal lifting and lowering-only gearbox, fall prevention system, and auxiliary lowering system.

For reference, wind direction, wind speed, HMI program, remote control system, high-performance CCTV, and electronic board can be added as optional items. Competitor products include wire and hydraulic lifting poles.

- Wire type: Frequent falling accidents due to wire tangling, breaking, etc., wires are exposed to the outside, and there is the inconvenience of having to climb up directly in case of a line (communication, electricity, etc.) failure.

- Hydraulic type: Hydraulic oil management elements are high, and maintenance is difficult and expensive in case of a failure.
