The MG-10 UV DISK is one of the most widely used radiometers around the world.
With user selectable sample rates, reference modes, UV irradiance profile graphs, PC communications, and other features, this new instrument can be used on fast or moderately slow conveyor lines, and the menu is configured so that one-button operation is possible.
MG-10 UV DISK is a self-contained electronic optical radiometer that measures the amount of UV light and UV illuminance in the UV curing system and displays it on the screen. MG-10 UV DISK has a compact size (114mm) and a thin thickness (12mm), and is designed to be strong, so it can withstand the worst UV curing environment. The optical sensing system designed by Genicom only measures wavelengths related to the UV process. The measurement results are converted to digital form and displayed on the graphic LCD screen.
The MG-10 UV DISK measures 4 different UV wavelengths simultaneously in one pass in the UV process. TMG-10 UV DISK basic wavelengths are UVA (320-390nm), UVB (290-320nm), UVC (220-280nm) and UVV (395-450nm). The MG-10 UV DISK can select and measure only one among the fundamental wavelengths in the reference mode.
