The IPScan product family is a network resource management and access control solution that detects all devices accessing an enterprise network and allows or blocks their connections according to defined security policies.

All models are provided as integrated hardware appliances, enabling easy installation without changes to the existing network infrastructure. Depending on the customer environment, the lineup offers two tailored options: IPScan v8.0, which requires no agent installation on user devices, and IPScan NAC v8.0, which operates with dedicated agents for enhanced control.

IPScan v8.0 provides essential IPAM (IP Address Management) capabilities for efficient network resource management. Since certain devices—such as IP phones, printers, and fax machines—cannot support agent installation, this solution detects and controls network access for all devices without requiring any agent on individual hosts. It also includes a built-in DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server, allowing unified management of both static and dynamic IP environments.

IPScan NAC v8.0 is a high-efficiency network resource management and access control solution that integrates both IPAM and NAC (Network Access Control) functions into a single appliance. By installing dedicated agents on user devices, organizations can define and enforce more granular network access policies for each user and device, providing enhanced control and visibility.

The IPScan series can detect and control devices connected through routers and supports control and redirection of encrypted HTTPS traffic sessions, offering a strong advantage in today’s secure network environments.
