▣ EG-02 Hybrid Semi-Dry Cladding System is a dry-based hybrid fixing solution designed for the exterior installation of porcelain and sintered tile panels.
SUS304 Durability: Utilizing SUS304 stainless steel as the primary material, the system ensures excellent mechanical strength and superior corrosion resistance. This high-spec construction provides long-term structural reliability suitable for high-end exterior applications.
Dry-Fixing Based Semi-Dry Method: The system integrates the mechanical reliability of dry-fixing with the added stability of adhesive bonding. This dual-safety approach offers enhanced structural integrity compared to conventional single-fixing methods.
For optimal performance, the use of elastic polymer adhesives, such as MS-polymer products, is recommended, though adhesives are not supplied as part of the system. Alternative elastic polymer adhesives compatible with the system may also be used.
Adjustable Back Support Structure: The movable back plate supports the tile during installation to prevent backward displacement or shifting, while providing a stable base for adhesive application. This ensures even adhesive coverage, uniform load distribution, and consistent surface alignment.
Minimizing Material Damage: Utilizing 1.2 mm slim precision pins, the system reduces the required groove width, minimizing the risk of micro-cracks or breakage in expensive sintered panels. Compared to conventional thicker stone pins, which require multiple passes with a grinder to achieve the same groove width, the slim pins reduce machining effort and save installation time.
Z-axis Alignment: Designed with adjustable slots on the brackets and anchor plates, the system allows for Z-axis (depth) adjustment. This enables installers to compensate for onsite wall irregularities and achieve a perfectly level façade surface.
