RF Console (2nd Generation) is a radiofrequency console that uses plasma energy for the ablation of soft tissue and ligament and for coagulation and hemostasis. While the first generation supported bi-portal spinal endoscopy, arthroscopy, and ENT, the second generation adds a dedicated 170W (1.7MHz) port that extends coverage to uni-portal endoscopic spine surgery. Ports 1 and 2 continue to deliver 320W (100kHz) for existing procedures, allowing a single console to serve the full range of cases without additional equipment.

Usability has been redesigned throughout. A touchscreen interface brings output, pump, and foot-switch status onto a single screen, and surgeon-specific settings can be saved as profiles and recalled instantly for the next case. A hand switch on the probe allows mode changes and output adjustment across levels 1 to 9 directly at the surgeon's hand, keeping the surgical flow uninterrupted, while stabilized output delivers consistent plasma throughout the procedure. The foot switch has been upgraded to a metal construction for greater durability in the operating room.

Measuring 383 × 480 × 143 mm, the unit occupies significantly less space than its predecessor, and an integrated pump with a 0.1–265 ml/min range provides irrigation control without a separate device. Excellent thermal stability and minimal thermal penetration enable gentle removal of target tissue while limiting effects on surrounding tissue. Probes can be selected to match the procedure and anatomy — Pro Probe for bi-portal spine, Flex Probe for uni-portal spine, and dedicated arthroscopy probes.
