1. GENERAL SYSTEM

This RTO system was designed to eliminate VOCs & odor materials from the printing & laminating  production lines.    This system configuration is RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) + 2 Concentrator. Most of VOC will be collected by Zeolite materials, and then these VOC corrected will be desorpted by 140°~180°C hot air forcely, and then will be sent to RTO system to oxidize (H₂0 & CO₂) with over 800°C high temperature.

For most efficient system performance, pre-filter condition should be maintained on good condition and RTO temperature should be also maintained over 800°C, too.

 

Property of System

The principle of RTO system is to oxidize the Gas, having VOC, with higher temperature than its own oxidization temperature. It is kind of "Direct-Oxidization System".

But RTO system is something different with general direct-oxidization system because RTO system normally use VOC oxidization energy for heat-resource of new oxidization job again. by Ceramic thermal storage system..

Therefore, RTO system can maximize the energy efficiency and can minimize the system maintenance cost.

 

    1. PRINCIPLE OF RTO

The working principle of RTO system is to burn all VOC with over 800°C temperature at RTO Burning zone, and then these VOC burning energy will be used for pre-heating of inlet VOC air temperature after energy collection by ceramic thermal storage unit.

RTO system is using "Honeycomb type cermaic thermal storage block" in order to maximize

heat recycle efficiency.

The ceramic thermal block can be operated at maximum 1300°C, and it can maintain approx 50°C ~ 100°C temperature difference between VOC inlet and outlet temperature.

It can perform almost over 95% heat recycle efficiency.
