M Studio is a relocatable modular home with a patent-pending design by M3 Systems, built around a unique concept: a smaller module nested inside a larger one. The unit is transported as a compact 7-pyeong structure and expands on-site to a full 10 pyeong, with high ceilings and an L-shaped layout that creates a sense of space far beyond its physical footprint. The fully equipped living space — complete with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen — can be delivered and installed anywhere in the country with a single transport vehicle, including Jeju Island and remote areas. Built on a steel frame for exceptional durability, the unit can be relocated and reinstalled multiple times without compromise. Premium materials including EPS panel and mineral wool insulation, and a real zinc roof ensure year-round comfort.
