WAiSER Platform is a digital twin software platform and tool package with smart modeling simulation technology based on BAS (Big Data + AI + Simulation) developed by Prof. Takgon Kim, a world-renowned digital twin expert at KAIST.
Our WAiSER platform is a common platform for digital twin model development and simulation in various fields, providing off-line model learning and on-line evolutionary learning functions based on real-world data as a model development method, generating big data through various virtual experiments (simulations) that cannot be executed in the real system, providing real-world analysis, prediction, optimization services, and content development functions for building a metaverse converged with VR/AR/MR technology.
Examples of digital twin models that can be developed based on WAiSER include natural phenomena (fine dust, flood prediction, etc.), urban problems (traffic signal system analysis, etc.), facility/product predictive maintenance (autonomous vehicle failure prediction), disasters (topical evacuation analysis, etc.), power generation (wind power generation prediction, etc.), agriculture (plant factory airflow analysis, etc.), logistics (freezer temperature distribution analysis, etc.), virtual sensors (unmeasurable sensor data prediction, etc.), and social problems (conflict of interest decision model, etc.).
