This product is an undercoat primer to prevent the paint from peeling off from the surface with excellent penetrability; thus strengthening the concrete surface and increasing the adhesive strength.	- Undercoat primer for epoxy or polyurethane coating	- Because it is alkalescent, it neither neutralizes nor ages the concrete  - No foreignness with concrete thanks to low absorption rate and less shrinkage  - It strengthens the concrete surface, so it increases the life of coating  - Excellent penetrability
