This product is an oil-based wet surface primer, and it doesn’t decompose in the water. If the surface to be coated is wet, it excludes the water molecule and has good adhesive property by exchanging ion with adhesive.	- Wet surface primer for epoxy or polyurethane coating	- Short working period thanks to quick curing - No foreignness with concrete thanks to low absorption rate and shrinkage - Has excellent penetrability and strengthens the concrete surface; thus increasing the life of coating - It provides good adhesion on wet surface
