• Radar Absorbing Paint (RAP)
- Radar Absorbing Paint, which is called 'RAP', is liquid electromagnetic absorber in RF band. Generally, both
exterior shape design and application of absorber reduces reflected electromagnetic waves. RAP is one of
core military stealth technologies in Republic of Korea and one of the world’s top secret technologies.
- RAP is easy to apply on weapon systems compared to solid type Radar Absorbing Materials (RAM). ETL's
RAP is light weight as normal paint. ETL's RAP adds less weight to apply on a target. ETL's light weight RAP
is more applicable for weapon systems with larger coating area as reducing its weight to avoid degradation
of mobility.
