Cubic JT-AM5301-EV is an NDIR-based four-channel methane alarm engineered for natural gas leak detection in both residential and commercial indoor settings.

Utilizing non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology, it offers high measurement accuracy, fast response, and outstanding long-term stability. Equipped with Cubic’s proprietary four-channel methane sensor, the device provides excellent selectivity for methane while remaining unaffected by common interfering gases such as acetic acid and ethanol, effectively minimizing false alarms.

The alarm maintains reliable performance across a wide temperature range and throughout the full detection span of 0–100% LEL. Its rapid response capability ensures timely leak detection and early warning. The integrated sensor is maintenance-free and designed for a service life of up to 10 years.

When methane concentration exceeds the preset threshold, the unit triggers both audible and visual alarms. It also supports automatic gas shutoff through valve control via wired output or Bluetooth communication, and can be integrated with gas meters. Additionally, the system enables remote real-time monitoring, alarm notifications, and data visualization through a mobile app. Historical data, alarm records, and system status are continuously logged and can be uploaded for centralized management and traceability.

Designed for user convenience, the JT-AM5301-EV features a compact structure, plug-and-play installation, and flexible connectivity options, including NB-IoT and Wi-Fi. It delivers a dependable, intelligent, and connected solution for indoor methane detection.
