Combined with self-developed and in-house manufactured key components, including gas sensors, integrated ultrasonic air & gas flow sensor module, heat exchanger, gas valve, blower and boiler controllers, Cubic Auto-combustion System realizes real-time air–fuel ratio control to achieve 108% thermal efficiency.
Based on a combustion algorithm, Cubic Auto-combustion System continuously evaluates gas fluctuations and automatically adjusts both air and gas supply to maintain optimal combustion. The system integrates gas flow sensing, air flow sensing, flame ion monitoring, and temperature feedback to implement full closed-loop control of burner fan speed, gas valve opening, and ignition curves. The innovative design allows the system to automatically identify and switch between natural gas, LPG, and hydrogen-blended fuels, dynamically optimizing the air-gas ratio to ensure consistently high-efficiency, low-emission operation.
With thermal efficiency reaching 108% and adjustment ratio 12:1, Cubic Auto-combustion System significantly enhances low-load operation and minimizes energy waste. By maintaining precise and adaptive combustion control, the system effectively reduces NOx and CO emissions to less than 30 mg/kWh to meet stringent European Class 6 standards, making Cubic Auto-combustion System a clean, efficient, and policy-compliant heating solution.
