CLT (Cross Laminated Timber), known as the “green concrete of the future,” is a groundbreaking building material with a structure of perpendicular wood layers that provides high strength in both directions. It has the potential to completely replace traditional concrete floors and offers advantages such as:

Currently, TranDuc Homes is the provider of this solution and owns the only CLT production line in Southeast Asia. The development of this solution reinforces the corporation’s goal of advancing the provision of sustainable, green materials in architecture and construction, integrating with the sustainable development trends of advanced countries worldwide.
TranDuc CLT is a load-bearing solid wood element, consisting of at least three crossway laminated layers (typically 3, 5 and 7 layers), which is suitable for all building requirements. The crosswise structure of high-quality raw material of Radiata Pine in combination with high-quality gluing of edges and sides guarantees a high degree of stability, and leads to only small deformations from swelling and shrinking.
TranDuc CLT ensures a fast and economical assembly of a dry construction due to its high prefabrication including joinery and a simple connection of elements.
