본 카테터 제품은 척추수술 후 통증증후군에서의 요통 및 하지통 또는 추간판탈출증 및 척추관협착증 등에서 발생하는 척추내 유착으로 인한 통증완화를 목적으로 천골열공(Sacral Hiatus)부위로 통증치료용 경막외강 감압신경성형술(Decompressive Neuroplasty) 카테터를 삽입하여 C-Arm 및 Epidurography하에 직접 유착부위를 박리함과 동시에 Hypertonic saline(10%)등의 약제를 주입하는데 사용하는 통증치료용 경막외강 감압신경성형술(Decompressive Neuroplasty)카테터이다. The Racz Catheter's superior directional control provides the ability to safely steer the flexible catheter tip to the ideal "laterral/anterior" nerve root locations.
Racz Catheter is constructed of a surgical grade stainless steel continuous spring with multiple coatings. The uncoated distal tip is flexible, smooth and rounded with coils slightly spread for maximum flexibility and lateral distribution of injectant. All Epimed Catheters have enhanced tensile/break sorength and restrict longitudinal.
