Winner of the 1st Korea Cold Chain Industry Award

The Korea Food Cold Chain Association (Chairman Suh Byeong-ryun) held the '1st Korea Cold Chain Industry Awards' award ceremony at the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) Hall (Yeouido) on February 22nd.

The Korea Cold Chain Industry Award discovers and rewards companies and individuals that have contributed to the development and operation of an excellent cold chain system, contributing to the safe diet and health of the people and the development of the cold chain industry. This event is held to contribute to the advancement of the industry.

At this event, △Dongwoo Tech (CEO Jeon Kwang-gyu), who developed a cold chain monitoring system with excellent temperature and location tracking management △ Scranton Limited (CEO Park Dong-joon), an eco-friendly ice pack manufacturer with excellent cooling power △ Elnet (CEO Lee Ki-beom and others) who developed new technologies and construction systems applied to heat dissipation construction of low-temperature warehouses won the 'CHAMPION AWARD'.

In addition, Chainxville (CEO Park Jang-seok), which developed a cold chain system that links temperature data requiring high-level security to a blockchain, received a 'START-UP AWARD'.

The association appointed judges with fairness and expertise in the cold chain industry to form a screening committee. The award-winning companies were selected by evaluating the intellectual property rights and possession of new technologies related to the cold chain. The 2nd Korea Cold Chain Industry Awards' plans to issue an application notice in October this year and select award-winning companies at the end of December.
