Awarded the Grand Prize at the 54th National Intellectual Property Seminar

The cadastral seminar, which marks its 45th anniversary this year, was held as an official conference for the 2022 Smart Land Expo (holding period: '22.11.2-11.4.) by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and includes cadastral survey, cadastral and spatial information. It is an annual academic event with the government, Korea Land and Geospatial Information Corporation, and related academic circles to improve the public service system and discover excellent policy tasks.

This seminar was held offline for the first time in three years. held a research project for public officials in 17 cities and provinces and 12 regional headquarters of Korea Land and Geospatial Information Corporation nationwide from April to July under the theme of 'Digital Earth, a Better Life for All'

Real estate manager Lee Seong-joo of Daegu Nam-gu Office, who won the grand prize this time, was selected through preliminary screening. A study on the QGIS-based GCP preoccupation method for the utilization of comprehensive study system data is an open source QGIS, which allows anyone to objectively and accurately use past aerial photographs and ground control points (GCP) to create orthophotos without spending a budget. It was produced so that it could be used for the data maintenance project of the comprehensive real estate study, and not only described in detail the work procedure and work result verification, but also received high praise from the judges in that it was a plan that could be used immediately.
