*UV 조사 후에는 점착력이 저하되어 Die Pick-up시, Chip의 오염 또는 손상없이 쉬운 박리 가능.*Base Material : PO film, PET film
*Adhesion(gf/25mm) : 600~1200 (Before UV), 20~30 (After UV)
