액체도장설비란
액체도장은 일반적으로 액체 상태의 페인트와 신너를 혼합하여 Spray Gun을 이용하여 도장하는 방식입니다.
페인트 분진 및 먼지의 포집 제거에 의하여, 최고품질을 추구하는 각종 제품마감용 도장설비입니다.
도장시 도료의 분무는 인체에 유해하여 인화나 폭발 등의 위험을 방지하기 위해 적절한 급,배기 장치가 필요하다.
- 액체도장설비의 종류 –
건식 TYPE, 습식 TYPE 으로 나뉘어진다.
(1)건식 TYPE : 건식TYPE은 소규모 도장작업에 사용되며 SPRAY 페인트 MIST는 비산하지 않게 FILTER를 설치하여
하부 배기 DUCT를 통해 WATER SCRUBBER를 거쳐 A/C TOWER와 같은 배기장치에 의한 집진방식이다.(2) 습식 TYPE : 대량생산 도장작업에 사용되며 도장에 의해 OVER SPRAY된 도료입자를 WATER MIST를 이용하여
VENTURI에 의해 물과 접촉한 후 엘리미네이터로 강제 유압되고 A/C TOWER 배기장치에 의한 집진방식이다.
