Three Roll Mill은 Milling과 Mixing의 효과를 동시에 얻을 수 있는 장비로 고점도의 페이스트를 3개의
각기 다른 회전수로 회전하는 롤러의 미세한 간극으로 시료를 통과시켜 롤러등의 회전수 차이에 따른 롤러의 비벼짐의 원리로써 정밀한 분쇄와 분산의 효과를 얻을 수 있는 장비이다. 각각의 롤러는 일정한 비율의 rpm으로 회전을 하게 됨으로 시료에 압력과 전단력(Share)을 가하여 Mixing과 Milling 그리고 Dispersion이 이루어 진다.
