PPA는 압출 공정의 개선을 위해 ppm 단위로 처방하는 첨가재입니다.
메인 레진과 함께 처방되어 압출기 내벽을 코팅하여 레진과 내벽간의 마찰을 줄이는 원리로
PE, PVC, PP, PS, ABS, PBT, TPE, Nylon 등 압출에 적용 가능하며, 아래와 같은 이점을 기대할 수 있습니다.
1. 흔히 다이똥이라고 불리는 Die build-up 제거.
2. 표면 개선 (Shark skin, Melt flacture 제거)
3. 공정 압력 저하로 생산성 향상 가능.
4. Mg stearate, Ca stearate 를 대체 가능. (활제로써의 성능도 더 우수합니다)
5. PPA 첨가로 인해 제품의 물성 변화는 없음.
