친환경 목재 건조·살충장치인 "마마(MAMA, Microwave Applied Magic Machin)"는 첨단 목재처리 기술인 마이크로파를 적용하여 국내외 최초로 개발한 제품으로 목재 건조는 물론 동시에 살충, 살균까지 가능합니다.
표면부터 건조되던 기존의 건조 방식과는 다르게 마이크로파를 목재 심부 깊숙이 투사 및 가열해 표면 할열을 줄이고, 심재부의 수분을 빠르게 증발시켜 건조 속도가 향상돼 목재 품질과 경제성이 보장되고, 목재 내부의 온도를 100℃ 이상 상승시킬 수 있어 내부에 기생하는 해충·세균을 살충 및 살균하여 훈증작업에 소요되는 경비, 인력, 시간을 단축한다는 장점이 있습니다
