Micro-Composite, Inc has three core technologies (nano-material synthesis/dispersion, fine particles surface modification, microstructure-controlled filler impregnation composite processing) ranging from raw-to-intermediate materials to improve the performance of functional composite.
Our principal fillers are CNT, hBN and ZnO which are subjected to surface treatment and dispersion processes, and then uniformly networked and impregnated within the composite matrix to provide and enhance functionality by a minimum required quantity. This results in the polymer composite preserving the intrinsic properties of the base polymer with target functionality.
Currently available products include
1) Conductive solution : CNT dispersion solution, Carbon paste, Ag nanowire transparent paste
2) Thermally conductive lubricant
3) Antistatic wear-resistant releasing lubricant coating
4) Conductive, static dissipative, anti-static thermoplastic compound/masterbatch
