순환수 방식의 냉·난방 시스템에 설치하여, 차압의 변동에 관계없는 압력독립형제어밸브이다.
밸런싱밸브(SBV) + 온도조절밸브(TCV) + 차압 유량조절밸브(PDCV)의 기능으로, 전동식 구동기 혹은, 열동식 구동기의 결합을 통해 유량을 제어하여 시스템 밸런싱과 정밀한 온도 조절이 가능하다.
