Heart to Voice(H2V)는 10초 음성만으로 심부전 상태를 분석하고 악화를 조기에 감지하는 음성 기반 AI 모니터링 솔루션입니다. 기존의 웨어러블 센서나 전용 의료기기 없이 스마트폰만으로 반복 측정이 가능하며, 고령 환자도 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.
자체 개발한 AI는 울혈, 심장기능, 환자 상태를 반영한 9개의 임상지표를 통합한 Heart Failure Composite Score를 기반으로 음성에서 임상적 심부전 상태를 추정합니다. 또한 개인별 기준선(Baseline)을 기반으로 현재 상태(Current), 변화량(Delta), 변화 추세(Trend)를 지속적으로 분석하여 상태 변화를 추적하고, 결과에 따른 맞춤형 액션 플랜을 제공하여 적시 개입을 지원합니다. 기존의 단순 위험 예측을 넘어, 음성을 기반으로 임상 상태를 추정하고 장기적인 질환 변화를 관리하는 새로운 심부전 모니터링 기술입니다.
