While waiting, a patient has a short voice conversation with an on-screen AI. The AI organizes what's said and estimates how urgent the situation may be, then passes that along to the medical staff. This way, clinicians get a sense of each patient's condition before they even meet — helping make sure the most urgent cases aren't overlooked.
What matters most is that Fastriage never makes the decision. The AI only listens, organizes, and flags — the final call always rests with the medical team. It was created by a nurse with nine years in the emergency room, to fill a gap they had long felt on the front lines.
