Fluxity, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, is predicting another growth through the development of more advanced digital twin technology that can prevent various natural disasters and contribute to social safety. Fluxity is a digital twin & metaverse platform technology company established in 2015. Digital twin is a technology that models real space in three dimensions and allows predicting situations that may occur in real space without going to the site. Through digital twins, we provide technology to predict and respond to various problems that may occur in the field.

Starting with digital twin-based non-face-to-face remote monitoring services at airports, Application areas have expanded to include subways, factories, warehouses, data centers, large buildings, construction sites, government buildings, and sports and leisure facilities. In addition, the company is creating added value by providing improved services such as optimizing space operation, energy optimization, strengthening disaster safety, and predictive management through the combination of AI technology.

The company is especially focused on public We are conducting research and development to protect the safety of all members of society, including strengthening disaster safety for ordinary citizens using facilities and improving disaster safety for workers at factories, railroads, and construction sites. Recently, various efforts are being made to ensure safety at industrial sites, such as developing construction site safety guard emotional emoticons and distributing them for free on the 'Sapers' site, the company's digital twin-based integrated construction safety platform.

Our company provides intelligent integrated operation services to all spaces that make up the city based on the digital twin & metaverse platform. After building a web-based 3D virtual space that is identical to reality, all the elements that make up the space are linked and operated in an integrated manner. This provides predictive information through control and AI data analysis, enabling intuitive control, operation through data analysis and prediction, improved energy efficiency, and optimal decision-making support. Usually, many companies develop digital twins by focusing only on specific simulations, but our company focused on an intelligent control system that optimally operates the space. We believe that our company is unique in that it does not just see things implemented in 3D, but actually allows site managers to contribute to improving work and productivity, including space, through the system.

Recently, we established an in-house AX business group to provide deep learning-based AI video analysis services.We are pursuing upgrades. In addition to fall recognition, smart fence (intrusion), and tank lorry tracking (hazardous material tracking) that were previously applied when building smart factories and smart stations digital twins, real-time detection of not wearing a hard hat, fire and smoke detection, loitering, and illegal parking based on deep learning algorithms. We are providing notifications by analyzing dangerous situations in videos and strengthening services for the safety of residents and industrial workers.

In addition, the smart construction safety integrated platform mentioned earlier. ‘Sapers’ is provided. Safers is a platform that combines 3D digital twin, intelligent CCTV, IoT, AI, metaverse, risk assessment/TBM system, and safety management business functions. It consists of smart 3D map (SafersMAP), smart risk assessment (SafersONE), and smart CCTV (SafersLIVE) and can be provided as individual services or as three integrated services. In a situation where the need to introduce new services is increasing due to the digitalization of construction sites and the strengthening of the Severe Accident Punishment Act, the company will provide a variety of SaaS-type services applicable to domestic first-tier construction companies as well as fourth and fifth-tier construction companies. What are your future goals?

Fluxity has grown steadily by focusing on developing digital twin element technology for 9 years since its founding. Currently, the world is suffering from the collapse of order and unpredictable natural disasters, and digital twins are mentioned as a key technology to solve these problems. The company is a company that supports sustainable growth by applying AI simulation to previously developed technologies to solve complex and diverse social problems such as simulation of energy usage for companies and buildings, simulation of predicting flooded areas according to rainfall, and simulation of the spread of infectious diseases such as Corona. We want to move forward.

To this end, we are also pursuing global expansion through a local corporation in Singapore, focusing on the existing domestic market. Based on the references and experience gained in the domestic market, the company is targeting the ASEAN market, which lacks its own technology, as its primary target, and is conducting sales through local partnership agreements.
