Meltech is a specialized building materials production company that produces HPL (High Pressure Laminate), an interior material, and flooring. For over 30 years, we have built up a strong trust by providing the best quality and service, and based on this, we have been selected as a technology small business, venture company, and technology innovation small and medium-sized business (Innobiz). In addition, its corporate value is recognized by obtaining KS certification for all products, eco-friendly certification, ISO-9001, ISO-14001, and ISO-45001.

Currently, the company produces and supplies hardwood surface materials and finished flooring products to many leading domestic companies based on its one-stop total solution process system, including HPL processing facilities and flooring processing facilities. In addition, through its own brand, it produces and distributes ‘NOISEN’, a flooring product with an added noise reduction function between floors, and is producing and introducing products that consumers want and that do not exist in the market.

In addition, our company continues to practice sponsorship and sharing to benefit the local community. This is the first president's will, and when profits are made, a portion is returned to society and efforts are made to coexist with the local community. Although the amount may not be a large amount, we donate or sponsor as soon as we have the opportunity. Please explain your main business

As I briefly mentioned earlier, we are carrying out two major projects. The HPL business is mainly used for interior decoration materials such as floor surfaces, walls, and table tops, and the flooring business produces hardwood floors and hardwood floors.

First, HPL is a thermosetting resin veneer that has excellent physical properties and is capable of expressing various surface textures. Therefore, it is mainly used in furniture and interior decoration materials, and recently, as the demand for hardwood floors increases, it is used as a floor surface material. Accordingly, our company is currently contracting with and supplying products to a number of construction companies and companies, and is operating in an OEM manner.We are conducting various collaborations.

In addition, based on the slogan ‘Let’s promote coexistence with neighbors and harmonious coexistence,’ Meltech launched an inter-floor noise reduction floor called Noizen that adds premium functionality by combining the technology of HPL and flooring materials. This is a product that reduces shock from the floor by applying eco-friendly cushioning materials to the flooring and improving the technical structure in response to modern society, where noise between floors is emerging as a social problem.

Noise can be divided into heavy impact sounds, which are loud thumping sounds, and light impact sounds, which include sounds such as objects falling or chairs being pulled. In the case of heavy impact noise, it is not easy to suppress it with flooring alone because the sound is large. However, after extensive research, our company developed and patented a flooring material that is effective in reducing light impact noise in order to suppress light impact noise with flooring.

One of the ways to reduce noise between floors is to install a noise mat on the floor, but since this covers the floor, it can somewhat ruin the interior of the house. Accordingly, the company started with the idea of ​​planting a mat inside the floor, and added sound-absorbing or cushioning material inside the regular floor to reduce noise. As a result, Noisen was created with the added noise reduction function while retaining Maru's unique beauty.

As such, our company currently handles a variety of products, including hardwood flooring products, natural wood flooring, and noise line, and produces them all ourselves.
