“I wanted to create new ideas by refreshing myself outside the company with my teammates through the Seoul Business Agency's Workation, but I actually came up with good ideas related to the company's business during a meeting with my teammates during the workation. I am carrying out a company-wide project with the idea that came out at that time. I will participate again next year.”
Seoul Business Agency (SBA, CEO Hyun-Woo Kim) 'Workation Project', a new support project for 2022, successfully completed the project with the participation of more than 310 small and medium-sized businesses in Seoul and more than 2,000 current employees.
Workation It is a compound word of 'Work' and 'Vacation', which means vacation, and means a new form of working in a vacation spot. As a result, workation is becoming a new form of work for companies. In particular, IT conglomerates such as Naver and Kakao are increasingly introducing new systems to improve work efficiency along with breaking down existing work systems, such as introducing full-scale remote work. Whether or not this new type of work is introduced is also a criterion for MZ generation talents to choose a new workplace.
Kim Hyun-woo, CEO of the Seoul Business Agency, said, “We were able to confirm that Workation is a three-killer support project that helps companies, employees, and the region.” By expanding the support area based on the region, we will be able to easily meet incumbents from Seoul companies working smartly at work centers across the country in the future.”
Seoul Industrial Based on the results of the SBA Workation Project newly promoted this year and the results of the survey, KHIDI plans to operate a unique workation for each region next year to support more small and medium-sized businesses in Seoul. We are planning special workshops that can only be experienced by the Seoul Business Agency, such as urban, educational, resting, and experiential.
