STX ENGINE CO., LTD.
We, STX Engine have been manufacturing various types of diesel engines for the defense purpose at our own certified factories in Korea based on the concrete license relationship with Rolls-Royce Solutions. Since we were designated as a defense company in 1977, we have supplied over 8,000 sets of diesel engines for the land armoured vehicles such as main battle tank, self propelled howitzer and for the naval vessel, coast guard, etc. not only to the Korean army but to the foreign army. With over 45 years of experience in producing defense engines, we have been developing our own engine model line-up from 350 HP to 1,360 HP which can be applied into the various land armoured vehicles. Especially, our representative 1,000HP range of engine model called "SMV1000" finished all of the development and test process and we are preparing to export them.
