CERAMIC COATING재는 도막의 유리전이온도(Tg)가 높고, 알루미늄 및 철강 등 다양한 금속 소재와의 열팽창 계수가 50~100배 이상 차이가 납니다. 이러한 특성으로 인해 도막 형성을 위해서는 전처리 과정에서 반드시 샌드 블라스팅 처리가 요구되며, 이로 인해 적용 가능한 소재의 두께와 형상에 제약이 생길 수 있습니다.
㈜한국화이어텍은 이러한 제약을 극복하기 위해 전처리 과정에서 별도의 샌드 블라스팅을 필요로 하지 않는 No Sanding Type의 불연 CERAMIC COATING재와 도장 System을 개발 하였습니다.
